Who can join the Hiver Referral Program?
Anyone who loves Hiver and wants to spread the word! You can refer friends, colleagues, or other businesses — you don’t have to be a Hiver user yourself. Go through the terms of the referral program here.
How do milestone awards work?
You unlock exciting bonuses for every successful referral that signs up for Hiver:
- 3 referrals – A brand new Kindle
- 5 referrals – A sponsored evening for two (up to $1,000)
- 10 referrals – The latest iPhone
Each milestone builds on the last, so yes, you’ll receive all milestone rewards as you hit each level.
When will I receive my rewards?
For referral rewards:
- Your reward will be processed within 30 days of the invoice payment of your referral’s Hiver subscription plan.
For milestone rewards:
- Milestone rewards (e.g., Kindle, iPhone) are processed after your referral count reaches the required threshold.
- Rewards are typically issued within 30 days of hitting each milestone.
For social media rewards:
- After you send the post link and performance numbers (including organic impression count) to referrals@hiverhq.com–You’ll receive your gift card within 30 days of approval. All requests are reviewed before processing to meet eligibility and performance criteria.
How are my referral rewards calculated?
Referral rewards are calculated based on the plan your referral has subscribed to. Here’s how the rewards are calculated –
- Lite: $100
- Growth & Pro: $250
- Elite: $500
- 20% commission on the first invoice.
Those commissions can add up quickly: a 10-seat Pro annual upgrade can easily make you over $1,000! We have a cap of $5000 per referred customer.
How will I receive my rewards?
All rewards—including referral payouts and social media incentives—are issued as gift cards.
What counts as a successful referral?
A referral is successful once the referred business signs up and completes payment for at least five users on any plan in their first invoice. Your referral should be new to Hiver, not an existing customer or currently in touch with our sales team.
How do social media promotion rewards work?
If you’re promoting us on social media, get started by signing up for our affiliate platform to get your unique social referral link. Impression-based social media rewards are currently limited to LinkedIn and Twitter. To claim your reward, please send the post link and impressions data to referrals@hiverhq.com to claim your reward. There’s no limit to how many times you can post! Also, don’t forget to tag Hiver in your posts!
You also get rewarded once someone from your referral link signs up and becomes a Hiver customer. The more you post, the more you can earn!
Can I still earn rewards if I don’t refer someone directly?
Absolutely! Promote us on social media with your unique referral link to earn rewards. You’ll be rewarded when your post reaches the minimum impression cap or someone from your referral link signs up and becomes a Hiver customer.
Is there a limit to my earnings?
Yes. Referral rewards are capped at $5,000 total per successful referral.
Social media rewards are capped at $1,500 per post, but there is no limit on how many posts you can submit. Multi-tool posts are capped at $400 per post.
